Course Leaders
We are always looking for people ready to lead this exciting course. Becoming a Course Leader gives you the opportunity to play your part in making our world a safer place, in which people of all faiths and cultures understand and respect one another.
The course materials have been prepared specifically for ease of teaching, but don't expect an unchallenging experience!
Each Awareness Course module comprises eight sessions. Each session includes a mix of teaching and group activities and discussion to ensure that participants are able to relate the session to their own lives and experiences.
Suggested total time is approximately 80-90 minutes, including 15 to 20 minutes Teaching DVD (click here to see a sample) and up to 40 minutes for activities.
The Awareness Course is very user-friendly and easy to teach; professionally-produced teaching videos and an effective teaching approach makes the Course Leader’s role that of facilitator and motivator rather than lecturer.
Each Course Pack contains a Course Book (this is your guide to running a course - click here to see a sample), 20 Study Packs for participants, plus a DVD of 16 core teaching segments. The cost of the Course Pack is £99 including postage and packing. Extra study packs can be ordered at a low cost.
Every Course Leader receives support by email and telephone and is entitled to access our worldwide Course Leader's Forum.
